Why the Timing Belt Cannot Be Loaded but There is No Obvious Reason?

There are four common reasons why the synchronous belt cannot be loaded without obvious reasons.

1. The safety factor of the transmission device design is insufficient;

2. The tension part is damaged;

3. Belt wheel groove wear;

4. The center distance moves.

For these four reasons, the solutions are:

1. Use the technical manual to redesign the safety factor of the transmission device and execute the correct installation procedure to restore the tension component to normal;

2. Check the wear of the pulley groove. If the wear is found to be serious, replace it;

3. During operation, check the center distance to see if it moves. If it moves, adjust this part.
