Precautions for Starting and Transporting Timing Belt

1. In order to ensure the necessary starting energy torque, the current when the electric idea is initiated should be 6-7 times larger than the current during the rated operation. 2. The timing belt is a kind of viscoelastic body. When the large-scale belt-type timing belt is not strong at the beginning, the traction and inertia force applied to the timing belt by the driving equipment will be transmitted, superimposed, reflected, and increased in the belt at a certain wave speed. The influence of other factors above will cause variable stress changes in the synchronous belt. If the instantaneous peak stress exceeds the allowable value, it will damage the synchronous belt or even crack it, or damage the rollers and drums. This requires the smallest possible amount of stress. Initiate acceleration to drop the shock at the initiation.

There are many reasons for timing belt drums to cause clogging. At the beginning, what are the ways to avoid clogging: strictly implement operating procedures to achieve no-load starting and no-load parking; to ensure that the feed is evenly connected. It is fair to choose the various technical parameters of the synchronous belt drum, assuming that the speed of the slow synchronous belt drum cannot be too large. It is necessary to enlarge the discharge opening or lengthen the end of the trough to deal with the problem of poor discharge and too late to discharge, to avoid end blockage. An anti-blocking valve is opened on the discharge end cover plate. Because the material is deposited, the anti-blocking door should be opened, and the material entering the timing belt should be cleaned as necessary to prevent large impurities or fibrous impurities from entering the machine and causing blockage.
