When tortuosity occurs, first check whether the three clamps of the plate vulcanizing machine are in a straight line. In particular, the nylon core and E core need to be cold-set twice. If the clamping point of view of the first stretch and the second cold-set stretch during vulcanization is not 90 degrees, a bent belt will often be formed. Therefore, the operator's point of view is not correct when stretching, or the gripper is loose while the other is tight, and it may also form a bent belt. In addition, the thickness difference of the belt blanks is large. One side is thick and the other is thin. When the thick side is vulcanized, it will be slightly longer than the thin side. When each plate is stacked, it will form a thick side sing, while the thin side is short. , Thus forming twists and turns. When the raw belt is vulcanized, if it is placed in the mold frame incorrectly, it may form a bent belt.
Solution:
1. In the molding process, try to stagger the draw frames with cloth edges of the canvas. The draw frames should be tight and tight together. The raw belt cannot be thin on one side and thick on the other.
2. Frequently check the operating viewpoints of the front, middle, and rear three grippers, and whether they are the same as the hydraulic pressure of the gripping device, and whether there is a phenomenon that one side is loose and the other is tight.
3. Adjust the plate regularly to reduce the error of arrangement.
