Use Temperature and Characteristics of Heat-resistant Conveyor Belt

Operating temperature:

Generally Heat-resistant Conveyor Belts, the use temperature is <=125℃, and the material uses cotton canvas as the conveyor belt core.

Class 1 high temperature resistant conveyor belt, use temperature <=150℃, such as high temperature cotton conveyor belt;

Class 2 high temperature resistant conveyor belt, use temperature <=180℃, such as EP high temperature resistant conveyor belt, steel cord high temperature resistant conveyor belt;

Three-level high temperature resistant conveyor belt, the use temperature is <=250℃, such as aramid high temperature resistant conveyor belt, metal mesh core high temperature resistant conveyor belt, etc.

Features:

1. The high temperature resistant conveyor belt has excellent performance in high temperature resistance, heat aging resistance, and ozone aging resistance, and the conveyor belt will not appear early aging phenomena such as cracks in advance;
