Method of Adjusting the Deviation of V-belt

1. Adjusting the pulley method: if the ordinary V-belt deviates at the pulley, it means that the installation of the pulley is not horizontal, the axial side of the pulley moves, or one end of the pulley is in the front and the other end is in the rear. At this time, the levelness and parallelism of the drum should be corrected.

 

2. Sticking method: if there is material stuck on the part of the roller and idler, the diameter of this part will increase, resulting in the increase of the tension of the common V-belt at this part, which will lead to deviation. At this time, the adhesive materials should be cleaned in time.

 

3. Adjust the common V-belt method: if the edge of the common V-belt is seriously worn or the joint of the common V-belt is not parallel, the tension on both sides of the common V-belt will be inconsistent. The ordinary V-belt shall be trimmed or replaced.

 

4. Installation of limiting idler: if the general V-belt is always running to one side, the limiting vertical roller can be installed on the frame at the running side; In this way, on the one hand, the common V-belt can be forced to reset, on the other hand, the vertical roller can reduce the tension of the common V-belt on the deviation side, and make the common V-belt move to the other side.

 

5. Adjusting the tensioning mechanism method: when the combined belt is running, if it runs to the same side under the condition of no load or heavy load, it means that the tightness of both sides of the belt is different, and the screw rod or counterweight of the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted according to the rule of "running tight and not running loose"; if the conveyor belt runs to the left and right without a fixed direction, it means that the ordinary triangular belt is loose, and the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted.

 

6. Method of adjusting the idler bracket (or frame): if the ordinary V-belt always deviates to one side when it is empty, then the idler bracket on the deviated side should be moved forward 1-2cm along the running direction of the ordinary V-belt, or the idler bracket (or frame) on the other side should be properly raised.

 

7. Adjust the gravity method: if the ordinary V-belt does not deviate when it is empty, but always deviates to one side when it is heavy, it means that the ordinary V-belt has deviated. The position of the receiving hopper or the ordinary V-belt conveyor shall be adjusted to make the ordinary V-belt evenly loaded to prevent its deviation.

 

8. Installation of deflection adjusting idlers: if two groups of automatic centering idlers (flat roller or grooved roller) are installed on the conveyor, the deviation of ordinary V-belt can be automatically corrected.

Solution: (1) Adjust the tension (2) Find the cause of the high temperature and repair it (3) Replace the synchronous pulley D: The flanks of the convex teeth are abnormally worn, the bottom is cracked, and the convex teeth are cut: (1) The tightening force is too large or too small (2) There is foreign body (3) The timing belt pulley or the tension pulley is seized. Solution: (1) Adjust the tension (2) Remove foreign objects (3) Find the cause and repair E: The volume of the surface fabric of the convex teeth: the engine or other parts have liquid leakage.
