Reasons for the fracture of the toothed V-belt:

4. The quality of the wrapping cloth of the belt is not good enough;

5. The lengths of the two belts are inconsistent, and they interfere with each other during operation.

Toothed V-belt inspection and prevention methods:

Apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kg in the middle of each tape by hand, and the sinking amount is suitable for 20 to 30 mm. If it is not suitable, it should be adjusted in time.
