DALIAN TECH MACHINERY CO.LTD
What are the selection requirements for XPA, XPB, XPC type V-belts?
1. The model selected for the quasi-model should be compatible with the selected V-belt, otherwise the V-belt will appear abnormal in the pulley groove. When changing the V-belt, it is best to take the old one to the agricultural machinery department to buy it, in case the model is wrong.
2. Before installing correctly, install the V-belt, and use the same method to install a set of V-belts.
3. When installing pulleys in series, the centers of the two upper pulleys must be aligned, otherwise the V-belt will work unilaterally, causing serious wear and reducing the service life of the V-belt.
4. The tightness of the appropriate V-belt must be checked and adjusted frequently to make it meet the requirements. If the V-belt is too loose, it is not only easy to slip, but also increases the wear of the V-belt, and even cannot transmit power; if it is too tight, it will not only elongate the V-belt and deform, which is easy to damage, but also cause the main bearing and clutch bearing of the engine to be overstressed. And accelerate the V-belt wear. The correct inspection method of Shanghai Chifeng Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is: apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kg in the middle of each tape by hand, and the sinking amount is 20--30 mm.
5. When two or more V-belts need to be replaced with new and old ones, the specified type of V-belt should be selected, and the tightness of each group of V-belts should be the same.
6. Strict prevention of contamination During use, the V-belt should be strictly prevented from oil and muddy water, and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, so as to prevent the V-belt from slipping and corroding and early damage.
7. Daily maintenance Operators and users should master the correct operation essentials in normal driving, and try to avoid sudden start and sudden braking according to the technical requirements of the instruction manual; also prevent frequent overload operation; remove the machine when it is out of use for a long time. V-belts are stored separately.
