Storage
1. Avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow, keep it clean, and keep it at room temperature.
2. Prevent contact with substances that affect the quality of rubber, such as acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and harmful drugs.
3. Place them correctly to avoid forced squeezing due to overloading each other.
4. It should be hung on the stand or placed flat on the shelf, not directly on the ground.
Installation
1. When installing the timing belt, do not use tools to force the installation.
2. Accurately adjust the parallelism and eccentricity of the synchronous pulley.
Tension
1. When adjusting the tension of the timing belt, you need to calculate the deflection and load, and apply the tension accurately.
2. The surface roughness of the timing pulley should be within the range of Ra1.6-Ra3.2.
Work with pulley
1. The timing pulley should be used after the rust has been removed.
2. Do not paint or wax on the timing belt and tape.
3. Avoid contaminating the synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel with dust and oil.
4. Please check the synchronous belt pulley for wear.
5. If the synchronous pulley is seriously worn, it should be replaced.
