Reasons for the Bending of the Heat-resistant Conveyor Belt

When bending occurs, first check whether the three grippers of the flat vulcanizing machine are in a straight line. In particular, the nylon core and the E core need to be stretched twice. If the clamping point of the primary stretch and the secondary cold stretch during vulcanization is not 90 degrees, a curved band is often formed. Therefore, the operator's point of view is not correct when stretching, or the gripper is loose and tight at the same time, or a curved belt may be formed. In addition, the thickness difference of the strip blank is large, one side is thick and the other side is thin, the thick side will be slightly longer than the thin side after being vulcanized, and each sheet is stacked, it will form the thick side of the strip blank, and the thin side is shorter. , thus forming a zigzag. When the raw belt is vulcanized, if it is placed in the mold frame incorrectly, it may be misaligned, and a curved belt may also be formed.

 

Solution:

 

1. In the forming process, try to stagger the use of canvas with selvedge. The drawing should be made tight and tight, and the raw tape must be thin on one side and thick on the other.

 

2. Always check whether the operation points of the front, middle and rear grippers are the same as the hydraulic pressure of the gripper, and whether there is an appearance of looseness on one side and tightness on the other.

 

3. Adjust the tablet regularly to reduce the placement error.
