Similarities and Differences Between Heat-resistant Conveyor Belts and Burn-resistant Conveyor Belts

The burn-resistant conveyor belt is a destructive use, because such conveyor belts are generally used in places with extremely high temperatures such as sintered ore in steel plants. The elasticity of the rubber conveyor belt is to add some carburizing agent to make the rubber quickly carbonized at this temperature. One is to prevent the heat from being transferred to the belt body, and the other is to resist the wear of the material on the conveyor belt at high temperatures. This kind of conveyor belt rubber is made of rubber with good carbon-forming properties. By adding coking agent, etc., it can achieve good carbon-forming performance and increase the service life.
