A: There is noise: the tension is too large or too small, the solution: the tension should be adjusted. B: Edge wear: 1) Timing belt incident is not parallel 2) Timing belt wheel steering deflection 3) Rising pulley has cracks 4) Bearing has gaps Solution: 1)  Straighten the non-parallel synchronous belt wheels and replace the synchronous belt. 2) Replace the tensioner, suspension wheel and timing belt C: Wear of the surface fabric at the root of the convex tooth (1) Excessive tension (2) Excessive temperature (3) Damage to the synchronous pulley.
