What Should We Do If the Single Side Timing Belt Fails?
The form of failure of Single Side Timing Belt:
1. The belt body of the Single Side Timing Belt is broken due to fatigue.
2. The teeth of the timing belt are sheared and crushed.
3. The belt teeth of the Single Side Timing Belt also have the phenomenon of wear and peeling of the foreskin on the belt side.
4. If the bearing surface of the timing belt is stretched and the pitch becomes larger, the teeth of the timing belt will crawl.
5. Due to excessive impact and overload, the belt body of the single-tooth synchronous belt is broken.
6. The phenomenon of cracks on the back of the belt body of the single tooth synchronous belt or the belt body becomes soft.
7. The belt body of the single tooth synchronous belt becomes louder during operation.
Treatment method for failure of Single Side Timing Belt:
1. Before installing the Single Side Timing Belt, check the type of the synchronous belt, and replace it if necessary.
2. If the timing belt cannot be twisted, when installing a wider timing belt or a larger timing belt, the diameter of the timing belt needs to be increased or the timing belt needs to be widened, and the sundries should be removed during installation, and Tension.
3. If the single-side-tooth timing belt is out of alignment, you need to adjust the bearing immediately, and then replace the flange of the timing belt wheel, and you need to reinforce the bearing or the chassis.
4. When the timing belt is longitudinally cracked, it is necessary to replace the flange of the timing pulley immediately, and then realign the bearing of the timing pulley, and increase the tension appropriately, and need to remove foreign objects, install the protective cover correctly, and check it. The cutting device also has the guiding device of the synchronous belt wheel.
