Reason:
1. Overload;
2. The diameter of the synchronous belt wheel is smaller than the minimum standard, and the diameter arm bandwidth of the synchronous belt wheel is smaller than the minimum standard;
3. The tension is too large;
4. The belt wheel and the belt wheel are not parallel;
5. The meshing between the timing belt and the timing pulley is abnormal.
The corrective measures are mainly as follows:
1. Improve the design to avoid overload;
2. Improve the diameter design of the pulley, increase the diameter appropriately, and ensure that the diameter of the timing pulley is approximately the bandwidth of the timing belt;
3. Adjust the tension;
4. Make appropriate adjustments to the parallelism between the pulleys;
5. Ensure good meshing between the timing belt and the timing pulley.
