1. Classification of Industrial Timing Belts
V-Belt: It consists of three parts: sheet fabric, tension thread and broken rubber.
V-Ribbed Belts (PK Belts, PJ Belts): similar to the V-belt is composed of multiple micro-V surfaces, composed of three parts: sheet fabric, tension thread and substitute rubber.
Timing Belts (Polyurethane Timing Belt, Rubber Timing Belt): including a very strong tension line made of glass fiber. The synchronous pass is composed of precision-molded teeth, and the surface is covered with rubber-filled fibers to provide additional friction competition. The timing belt should be replaced before it breaks.
2. Specification Representation Method:
LA: Full length, LD: Effective circumference, LI: Inner circumference, ALT: Generator with, AC: Air conditioning belt, PS: Booster pump belt, FAN: Electronic fan belt, WP: Water pump belt
3. Belt Storage
Protect from sun, dust and oil; the timing belt should be pre-packaged and sealed in the box, and cannot be recycled until installation.
